The Brief Therapeutic Support Program is dedicated to helping individuals find and use new skills that will empower healthy changes in themselves and their family.
What support approach will I experience?
This program uses a tailored mix of specialized coaching and training tools to support individual goals. Depending on personal needs, sessions may include:
- Trauma & Resilience-Informed Support: Focuses on safety, understanding, and building strengths.
- Recovery Coaching: Offers action-oriented guidance to navigate personal growth.
- Solution-Focused Coaching: Focuses on practical goals and future success.
- Motivational Interviewing: Collaborative conversations to boost personal motivation for change.
- Focused Acceptance & Commitment Training (FACT): Practical skills to accept tough situations and take meaningful action.
Elements of these different methods are combined to best support each unique journey.
