The free weekly Drop-in Counselling Clinic offers individuals who need someone to talk to a solution-focused approach within an encouraging and supportive environment. Counselling sessions are private, one-hour long, and offered on a first come, first served basis.
During the counselling session, we help you identify issues, recognize and build on your own strengths and abilities, and develop strategies.
The Drop-in Counselling Clinic takes place on Wednesdays and sessions can be in-person or done by phone or video. No pre-booking is necessary. To register for drop-in sessions, please stop by the Golden Family Center (located at 421 9th Avenue North in downtown Golden) or call us at 250.344.2000 after 8:30 am on the morning of the clinic.
There is no cost for the single counselling session.
