Our Services during the Covid-19 pandemic
We are open again for in-person appointments. All programs will continue to also offer phone appointments or video appointments for clients who prefer those ways of connecting.
New Clients
If you are thinking about trying our counselling and support services, please call us at 250-344-2000, and we will schedule an in-person or a phone intake appointment with you. The intake worker will be in touch with you ahead of the intake appointment by phone or email, to arrange to send out paperwork to you.
Wednesday Drop-in Counselling Clinic
Drop-in Counselling sessions can now be in-person or by phone or video. They are available on a first come, first seen basis. No appointments are booked in advance. Please stop by or phone us at 250-344-2000 after 8:30 am on Wednesday mornings to register for one of the drop-in sessions.
Getting our voicemail when you phone?
We may not be able to answer each phone call right away, and you may end up getting our voicemail, even during normal office hours. Please leave a message with your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we can.
