SmartRecovery Group - on hold over the summer
Smartrecovery meetings have been put on hold over the summer. If you are interested in attending SmartRecovery in the fall, please contact us.
A SMART Recovery group that started up at the Golden Family Center on December 12th is now an open and ongoing group. Group sessions run weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. in the Golden Family Center group meeting room (at the top of the stairs on the left). Anyone who thinks they can benefit is welcome to drop-in any week.
SMART Recovery is a group for individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence, from any type of addictive behaviours (substances or activities), by changing self-defeating thinking, emotions, and actions, and working towards long-term satisfaction and quality of life.
